Ans: Our Working Time is 9.30 AM to 6.15 PM in all working days.
Q. Are you an authorized service centre for any specific brand?
Ans: No, we are not authorized service centre for any brand.
Q. What kind of repair work is done?
Ans: We provide chip lever repair & service to all kind of AC/DC Drives, Servo Drives, PLCs, HMI, PCBs. etc
Q. What is your standard turnaround for a repair?
Ans: Typical turnaround for repairs is 2-5 working days, Incase components are not available in India, then we need 12 working days to complete the repair work.
Q. What is your basis of repairing charge?
Ans: Our Repairing charge is around 15% - 40% of new unit.
Q. Is there any chance of deviation in repair estimate after completion of job work?
Ans: No, We provide exact repair estimate before carry out the job and no deviation once confirm by us.
Q. Do you provide defective spares on repaired carried out?
Ans: No, We don’t provide any defective spares on repaired carried out.
Q. Do you provide onsite repairing service?
Ans: No, we don’t provide onsite repairing service, except the transportation of heavy material is on chargeable basis.
Q. How do I receive and approve a Repair estimate?
Ans: You will receive a repair estimate via email or SMS, once received approval from your side, then we will start the repair work.
Q. Do you have load testing facility on repaired carried out?
Ans: Yes, We have basic load testing facility for AC Drive, DC Drive on repaired carried out at our lab & tested properly before delivering the materials.
Q. Do you provide warranty on repair carried out?
Ans: Yes, we provide one month warranty on repair carried out.
Q. What are your payment terms?
Ans: Our Payment term is 50% advance along with the work order, by way of local cheque/ DD/NEFT/RTGS, balance at the time of delivery.
